The Browns are looking to get one of the Penn State players to sign on the dotted line before the draft and Brown has claimed the top spot going into final weeks.

'Skins grab the best left tackle prospect in the draft and see him as easier to sign at this spot than Arrington.

'Skins have to address defense, despite their free agency additions, and hope Arrington is not the toughest player in the draft to sign before training camp.

4. Cincinnati Bengals - Peter Warrick - WR - Florida State
Bengals may look to move both WR Carl Pickens and runner Corey Dillon which would open a number of possibilities here.

Cards defense needs an impact linebacker and Urlacher has the package to make a difference.

Steelers will consider a big-play wideout here but have to address their QB problem and Pennington is the best of a weak class.

10. Denver Broncos - Shaun Ellis - DE - Tennessee
Broncos looking to address their front four and the talented Ellis has the complete package to be a fine two-way defender.

Giants offense needs a workhorse and playmaker at running back and Lewis gives them both in the best package of power and speed this year.

12. San Francisco 49ers (from Carolina via Washington) - LB - Julian Peterson - Michigan State
49ers will be drafting defensive players early and often and Peterson is a fine playmaker for their changing unit.

13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (from San Diego) - Chris McIntosh - OT - Wisconsin
Bucs need a top left tackle prospect and McIntosh would be another tough Badger linemen for the Central champs.

14. Green Bay Packers - Bubba Franks - TE - Miami (Fla.)
Packers looking to bring in playmakers for Brett Favre and front seven defenders as pass rushers.

15. Baltimore Ravens - Travis Taylor - WR - Florida
Ravens looking for a big-time playmaker and Taylor could go as early as the second receiver in this class.

16. New York Jets (from New England) - Stockar McDougle - OT - Oklahoma
Jets will give this behemoth tackle strong consideration here, though their biggest needs remain on defense.

17. Oakland Raiders - Deon Grant - FS - Tennessee
Raiders looking for new talent in the secondary and jump at the chance to land the athletic Grant at this point of the draft.

18. N.Y. Jets - Keith Bulluck - LB - Syracuse
Jets still rely on big plays from their linebackers and will give several defenders consideration here with the fast-rising Bulluck a prime prospect.

19. Seattle Seahawks (from Dallas) - Plaxico Burress - WR - Michigan State
'Hawks looking to bring in a big-play weapon and would be tempted to select this huge receiver, if he falls this far after a sub-par postseason.

Lions want to add another top runner to couple with James Stewart and would love to select Alexander who can help immediately as a 3rd down back.

22. Seattle Seahawks - Todd Wade - OT - Mississippi
Seahawks looking for a top right tackle prospect and Wade is ready to step in and play as a rookie.

23. Carolina Panthers (from Miami) - Chris Hovan - DT - Boston College
Panthers are not finished along their front four despite many high picks over the past few seasons and look to Hovan to stabilize a young unit.

24. San Francisco 49ers (from Washington) - Steve Warren - DT - Nebraska
Niners looking for defensive linemen and Warren is flying up the charts after a big senior season and would be a great complement to DT Bryant Young.

25. Minnesota Vikings - Rashard Anderson - CB - Jackson State
Vikings will address their secondary early and often in the draft and the athletic Anderson is moving up fast off some nice workouts.

26. Buffalo Bills - John Abraham - LB - South Carolina
Bills looking to strengthen their pass rush and Abraham is one of the premier attack linebackers in this great class.

27. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Dez White - WR - Georgia Tech
Bucs looking to add a big playmaker and White combines size and speed to give them a fine weapon if they do not go after Keyshawn Johnson before the draft.

28. Indianapolis Colts - Rob Morris - LB - BYU
Colts looking to anchor their defense in the middle and have the hard-nosed Morris on their short list.

29. Jacksonville Jaguars - Jerry Porter - WR - West Virginia
Jaguars will add a receiver early in the draft and may continue to stay with their West Virginia connection and select the talented Porter.

30. Tennessee Titans - Sylvester Morris - WR - Jackson State
Titans may sit on the best player available this late in the round and could land a fine receiver or offensive lineman at this point.

31. St. Louis Rams - John Engelberger - DE - Virginia Tech
Rams are hoping to land a right tackle here but could easily address their front four or linebacker units at this selection.
